Marylebone Holdings, Ltd. (d.b.a. TurtleTrader®), Trend Following℠ & Michael Covel have been working with clients for 14 years. Over that time we have learned that professional service coupled with a keen consideration of our clients' individual needs are as important as the quality of our texts, DVDs, etc. To that end we have designed a 'Client Service Division' to make sure all clients see their individual questions and concerns answered in a timely and professional manner. Guarantee
All of our systems trading courses have a (1) one year satisfaction guarantee. If you decide to purchase one of our courses you shall take the next (12) months to learn and apply all lessons & trading techniques taught. You shall maintain a written trading log of all trades taken (paper trading or live trading).
If you are not satisfied at the end of (12) months we offer an additional (8) hours of one-on-one complimentary consulting with Michael Covel in Las Vegas, Nevada and or attendance at one of our seminars (free of charge). We want you to understand all instruction and this extra guarantee is designed to ensure satisfaction. However, if you are still not satisfied at the end of (12) months, you are welcome to send the course back for a refund.
Refund Procedure
If you are not satisfied at the end of (12) months, and you have elected to not take advantage of our 8-hour consulting and or seminar benefits, please send our course back with your written trading log. You must include your daily paper trading log of all trades placed over the year. We will refund the full course cost (less shipping charges) and our restocking return fee (15%). Our guarantee is for requests made within (15) days of the (1) year anniversary of any purchase. Our guarantee forces clients to focus on the longer term. It filters out those trying to make instant quick bucks and protects those who truly want to patiently learn.
Agreement
In consideration of receiving our systems trading course, all clients hereby agree and acknowledge that our systems trading courses may disclose proprietary information owned by Marylebone Holdings, LTD. (d.b.a. TurtleTrader®), Trend Following℠ & Michael Covel consisting of:
- Technical information related to trading, markets, systems, trading rules, logic or parameters.
- Methods, processes, formulas, compositions, systems, techniques, computer programs, data and research.
All clients agree that they shall not disclose or divulge to others any confidential information or any other proprietary data of Marylebone Holdings, LTD. (d.b.a. TurtleTrader®), Trend Following℠ & Michael Covel in violation of this agreement. All clients fully understand all terms disclosed and agree that the sole forum for any dispute is in Fairfax County, Virginia through binding arbitration. If using a credit card (Master Card, Visa, JCB, American Express or Diners Club), this agreement (made via our digital signature 'check') serves as the client's official credit authorization. This agreement shall be binding upon all clients and shall inure to the benefit of Marylebone Holdings, Ltd., its successors and assignors.
Effective Date for Policy: February 1, 2010. All prior guarantees remain in full effect.
