To prevent unauthorized use of your credit card TurtleTrader requires acceptance of this authorization form in conjunction with your online credit card order. Our trading courses have a 1 year guarantee. If you decide to purchase you must take the next 12 months to learn and apply all lessons and trading techniques. You must maintain a written trading log of all trades taken. Write down every trade for every day over the course of the year as prescribed. You can paper trade or live trade. If you are not satisfied at the end of 12 months send the course back with your written trading log. You must include your daily paper trading log (and or brokerage statements) of all trades placed for 1 year. We will refund the full cost less shipping charges and return fee (15%) for requests made within 15 days of the 1 year anniversary of your purchase. This guarantee forces people to focus on the longer term. It filters out those trying to make instant quick bucks and protects those who really want to patiently learn. In consideration of receiving our trading course, all clients hereby agree and acknowledge that a purchased trading course may disclose proprietary information owned by TurtleTrader consisting of:
- Technical information related to trading, markets, systems, trading rules, logic, or parameters.
- Methods, processes, formulas, compositions, system, techniques, inventions, machines, computer programs, data, and research projects.
I agree that I shall not disclose or divulge to others any confidential information, or any other proprietary data of TurtleTrader in violation of this agreement. I fully understand all terms here. All clients agree sole forum for any dispute is in Fairfax County, Virginia through binding arbitration. If using a credit card (Master Card, Visa, JCB, American Express or Diners Club), this agreement made via my digital check mark signature will serve as my official credit card authorization binding me to this agreement. I attest to having all disclosures. This agreement shall be binding upon me and shall inure to the benefit of TurtleTrader, its successors and assignors.
